Monica Vasquez – Lawyer
Proficient in land title searching and acquisition, she is highly efficient and performance driven. Being a lifelong resident of La Paz has afforded her a wealth of local associates, honesty and integrity. Currently she is a contract-transaction writer and negotiator for our developments. Her support of New Tek projects is a valued asset.

Guillermo Perez – Lawyer
City and state permitting facilitator. Land negotiator, procuring a range of studies for governmental departments.

Ivan Castro – Architectural Designer
Over the past 2 years he has been influential in redrawing and starting several multilevel and resort projects for New Tek. His youth and fresh outlook working alongside seasoned professionals has allowed him an edge to explore new horizons. Ivan loves architecture and has a great career as an architect ahead of him.
Dayana Castillo – Executive Assistant
Graduated in Graphic Design almost 3 years ago, specialized in Advertisement Design and Corporate Image. She’s been working for 2 years in New Tek as an executive assistant and doing some of the graphics for the company.
Excels in graphic design and architectural renderings, she is self starter motivated, likes to solve problems. Has a team spirit and is an asset when working on design team projects. She is a skilled executive assistant procuring a solid position at NTC. Dayana loves to travel to new places.
Gari-Ellen Donohoe – Design Coordinator
Born and raised in western Manitoba, Gari-Ellen finished her Bachelor of Arts degree at Brandon University and shortly thereafter moved to sunny Mexico. Now residing in La Paz with her young family, Gari-Ellen claims there is no better place in the world to play, work or retire than in the “City of Peace”.
Gari fell in love with Mexico’s architecture and bright colors; this desire has allowed here to express her Bachelor of Arts degree to the fullest. Skilled in here field she works diligently to assure that all the details of project design are coordinated correctly and on time. She adores the “city of peace”, she resides in La Paz.
