Home / Construction / Committed to build homes that minimize their “ecological footprint”

As a company, we’re committed to building homes that are as healthy as possible, and that minimize their “ecological footprint” with respect to the resources they use for their construction, operation and eventual decommission. Our homes use sustainable, healthier building materials, as for example the QuadLock building system, as well as energy-efficient environmental systems and products.

Our mission is to create homes and communities that inspire people AND make modern life easier, healthier and more comfortable — all in ways that compliment and enhance the municipalities and environments in which we work. We hope our products will set a standard for the positive impact and we’re using the Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED®) certification system so we, and you, can measure how we’re doing.

Using less energy for lighting, water heating and cooling means a considerable reduction in Carbon output into the environment. The combination of all these concepts allows for La Concha Pearl to reduce energy consumption by at least 60% compared to a similar building with regular construction methods. Living in luxury does not mean your footprints have to be embedded into the world’s environment……………Leave them on the beach as you enjoy your beach front lifestyle!
