Playa de La Paz is a 62 beachfront villas development in La Paz, Baja California Sur. The first phase, currently under construction, consists of 24 villas. NewTek took this Project under its wings after several attempts to complete it with null results, derived from poor Project management practices. Phase 1 of this project is being constructed with steel studs and sheet rock due to the desire of the developer to complete the phase with this system. Phases 2 and 3 will be built with the Quad-Lock and Quad-Deck building systems and are currently under re-drawing.

As part of the Project Management for Playa de La Paz, NewTek is taking care of all aspects of the project, including Quality Control, Labor Contracting, Purchasing and Negotiation, Permitting, Design, Legal Support etc.
